Nearly everything in this genre is drawn on a vertical axis, which settles the format question early. The poses go upward: a figure braced mid-air, hair and energy streaming above the head, a beam of light leaving the frame at the top. A tall print gives that motion room to travel, and the empty space above the figure earns its place instead of being padding. Landscape only makes sense for line-up compositions, where several characters stand shoulder to shoulder, or for a wide battlefield with small figures at either end.

Saturation is the second decision. This artwork runs hot, orange and electric blue and hard yellow at full strength, and it will not negotiate with a feature wall. Against plain white or light grey it looks designed for the room. Against strong paint, one of the two loses, usually the paint. If your room is already busy, choose a piece with a large flat area of sky or dust cloud in it; that emptiness acts as a buffer.

Viewing distance is where people misjudge this subject. Line art is unforgiving close up, so a big print beside a desk or bed shows every edge — fine if the source is clean, painful if it has been upscaled. In a narrow room, a tall piece you read from a few paces back is more comfortable than a wide one you can never take in at once.

Above a monitor, this artwork competes with the screen under it. Either mount it high enough to clear the display and let it be a separate event, or move it to the wall you face when you swing the chair round. Two smaller tall pieces flanking a desk is the tidier answer, and it stops the setup reading as a merchandise shelf.

One honest caveat: characters caught mid-shout are tiring in a bedroom. If the piece is going somewhere you wind down, look for a still pose — a figure standing, a silhouette against a sunset, the moment after the fight rather than during it.
